This a remote work from home position.

Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Consumer Lending Loan Service Representative to join our team. The Consumer Lending Loan Service Representative is responsible for reviewing relevant loan documents from members required to complete loan transactions, researching, and resolving loan issues, preparing and sending loan closing documents for consumer loans, and processing and dispositioning member accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring loan documents are received to complete the loan transaction, completing a quality control review of the loan before closing, and preparing and sending loan closing documents.
  • Researching, resolving, and updating members on loan issues and status.
  • Recommending FFCU financial products and services to members to meet individual consumer needs.
  • Processing and disposition member accounts.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties and assignments as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in consumer loan operations, including preparing consumer loan documents, funding consumer loans, and handling consumer loan servicing requests.
