Description

The Loan Operations Team is a part of the Middle Office team that provides loan preparation and assistance for consumer, commercial, and real estate loans. Within the Loan Operations environment, this team interacts with internal partners to ensure all loans provided to them have correct information and are in compliance with UMB loan regulatory guidelines. With our robust training to provide extensive UMB and financial knowledge, the Loan Operations team provides loan support and loan decisions to their internal partners.
The Loan Operations team is about creating strong connections amongst its associates to develop and maintain a positive working experience. Associates are supported and encouraged to work with their manager to develop roadmaps for opportunity within Loan Operations and beyond.
As part of the Loan Operations team, the Consumer Loan Coordinator II will partner with loan officers to provide assistance in coordinating the processing of new loan requests, renewals and refinances of Commercial, Consumer and Real Estate loans.

How you’ll spend your time:

  • Ensure the loan types are conforming to lending policy and regulatory guidelines. Communicate with customers, staff, counsel, title companies, etc. to coordinate assigned closings.
  • Review the final loan documentation prior to delivery to loan officer.

We are excited to talk to you if you have:

  • 2 years Consumer and Real Estate Loan Processing experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates understanding of Article 9
  • Demonstrates understanding of RESPA & Regulation Z compliance
  • Demonstrates understanding of Corporate Organizational documentation
  • Demonstrates understanding of loan documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrates good analytical skills
  • Demonstrates general knowledge and ability in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel)
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Range:
$33,920.00 - $65,380.00
The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
