The incumbent provides support services for all of NHMB, including our affiliates, The Merrimack, MVSB, and Savings Bank of Walpole (SBW). This position offers a hybrid work schedule based in Concord, New Hampshire. The successful applicant will have strong communication, organizational, and technical skills. Salary negotiable based on level of experience Consumer Loan Processor: $21.60 - $25.40 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for processing Direct and Indirect Consumer Loans including Boat Slips, Condo Campgrounds and Real Estate Stock Loans from approval to closing * Provides support to Consumer Loan Department underwriting staff as well as branch personnel and Indirect Dealers/Brokers * Communicate with customers, dealers, lenders and third parties during the processing of each application JOB REQUIREMENTS/DESIRED EXPERIENCE: * 6 to 12 months of related and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience * Strong computer experience with a working knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications * Solid skills in providing customer service over the phone * Strong organizational skills * Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment We believe in building genuine partnerships that encompass top of the line customer service delivered by a culture of teamwork, integrity and excellence.
