From the very first conversation, you’ll work to build strong relationships, create positive experiences, and provide solutions that make a real difference in members’ financial lives. This is not an underwriting position—it’s the front-end process, focused on creating strong member relationships, identifying good loan opportunities, and preparing applications to pass on to the processor and underwriter. You’ll also have opportunities to cross-sell other financial products that protect members and strengthen the credit union. With base pay plus unlimited earning potential, this role rewards both service and results.
