REQUIREMENTS :

  1. Minimum of S1 degree, prefer in S2 from any major
  2. Min 5 years experiences in market research agency OR consumer research division in brand/ manufacture
  3. Fully experience in running consumer research and analyze survey data
  4. Passionate in Consumers and Market Research
  5. Technology savvy, especially Smartphone and Consumer Electronic
  6. Good interpersonal skill and ability to manage work pressure
  7. Good in English Spoken & Written, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Research Tools
Responsibilities
  1. Support and manage day-to-day activities of Consumer & Market Insight
  2. Prepare and manage end to end research project, both quantitative and qualitative study. From identify objectives from business unit, project brief to agency or internal study, research preparation, fieldwork, analysis, reporting, until report presentation
  3. Data and report analysis in regards to consumer behavior, market/ competition trend, and macro economy in Indonesia
  4. To extract and analyze passive monitoring data and big data
  5. Manage research budget and internal system
