We’re looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager to help us lead this important work in the UK.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in supporting Coloplast’s engagement with current and new users of our Ostomy Care (OC) products. You’ll develop and deliver consumer-focused marketing initiatives that both inform and empower people at all stages of their journey to help them establish, maintain and optimise their routines.
Working cross-functionally and with a clear understanding of the challenges consumers face, you’ll be a key driver of campaigns that align with our commercial goals and consumer promise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead consumer marketing initiatives for OC products, including supporting new product launches.
Champion consumer insights across the business – you’ll understand what drives and motivates users and help us put that understanding at the heart of our strategy.
Develop and execute acquisition campaigns to bring new users into the Coloplast community.
Support lifecycle management strategies to retain, engage and add value to our existing consumer base.
Build and nurture relationships with relevant third-party organisations to extend our reach and impact.
Develop consumer engagement programmes that drive loyalty, retention, and service uptake, while keeping users informed about new innovations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Clinical Services, Commercial Ops, Marketing, etc.) to deliver seamless and impactful campaigns.
Localise and implement global consumer marketing campaigns across a variety of UK channels including social media, ambassador programmes, press and digital.
Share best practices and insights with the wider marketing and digital teams to maximise effectiveness.
About You
You’re driven by consumer insight and love to understand what makes people tick.
A natural communicator, you build relationships easily and can work effectively across functions and teams.
You’re results-focused, proactive and resilient – comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering against tight timelines.
You bring a creative flair and have a passion for crafting compelling campaigns.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills are key, alongside a data-driven mindset.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc or equivalent).
Proven experience in consumer marketing.
Track record of developing and executing successful customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
Experience analysing data to inform strategy, campaign optimisation and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate insight into action.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or campaign tools a plus.
