PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

The Meta Direct to Consumer team is seeking a strategic, data-oriented, detail oriented Operations Lead with experience managing multiple projects from End-to-End.This position will be at the core of Direct to Consumer (DTC) order operations, overseeing day-to-day operations functions and providing a best-in-class customer experience for a specific product line.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations, supply chain management, fulfillment, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools/Google Suite, advanced level in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience operating independently and executing on both the strategic and operational level in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated examples of new processes and tools and delivering process optimization and improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with identifying gaps and opportunities, developing solutions, and providing sound business insights and recommendations through reviews
  • Experience to navigate complex organizations, balancing multiple competing priorities. Ensuring strategy and hands on work are balanced on a day to day operating model

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across 20+ countries to ensure best possible product availability and promise dates across all regions
  • Manage allocation of units across all of the DTC surfaces including Meta.com, 1P Retail, and Marketplaces for specific product line
  • Develop holiday launch readiness plans, market expansion plans, new product launch strategies to ensure smooth operational processes for high priority moments
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly Cross Functional Partner business review meetings with updates and insights
  • Lead reviews with Cross Functional Partners in order to drive organizational and system improvements that improve the overall fulfillment process for the customers
  • Drive continuous improvement workshops and initiatives at the Sales Channels/Operations level
  • Build relationships and influence across a wide set of teams, including Channel Operations, Customer Support and Experience, Risk, Data Analytics and Insights, Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Communications
