Overview This position performs advanced business analysis based on data to identify factors that affect business profitability, growth, and efficiency. Assesses current practices, collects competitive information and industry trends, and makes recommendations for product and process enhancements. Determines improvements or solutions to address identified issues. Prepares relevant reports by examining, summarizing data, and providing insights. Perform program audits and compile necessary information for internal documentation. May occasionally guide less experienced analysts or assist in development of process enhancements. #LI-MP1 Responsibilities Business Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output. Organize, drive and deliver key business initiatives by developing action plans, monitoring progress and tracking deadlines while communicating regularly with business partners including Core Systems, Marketing, Operations, Compliance and others Identifying Objectives - Determines overall business needs through analysis and reporting. Suggests strategies to achieve company and department goals. Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. Operational Support - Provides daily support for business operations by responding to inquiries, identifying issues, and working to improve standard practices. Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements.
