ABOUT THE TEAM

The product marketing team (part of the consumer marketing team) knows the user, knows the product magic and connects the two by developing breakthrough work. We hold a high quality bar and are constantly looking for how we uplevel our marketing work to drive business growth, product adoption and change perception. We are fun, caring, driven individuals located all across the country who care deeply about great work and seeing Instacart its next level of growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of consumer product marketing experience with a strong track record of leading and executing successful product launches at scale.
  • Proven expertise in go-to-market strategy, positioning/messaging frameworks, and leveraging data-driven consumer insights to inform campaigns.
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with minimal oversight, navigating ambiguity, and identifying solutions to deliver impact at scale.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset; ability to connect metrics to actionable strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and effectively articulating complex ideas.
  • Collaborative team player capable of building strong cross-functional relationships and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to broader team culture and foster collaboration across remote and hybrid teams.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic product marketer who will bring some of our most anticipated consumer features and products to market. This person will be responsible for partnering with the product team to design, ideate and paint the vision for a new product or feature set. And then, bring it to market working across consumer insights, product, creative, media, data science, and comms to lead the strategy and execution with the goal of driving product adoption. This role requires a blend of strategic and analytical thinking, creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for learning and innovation.
