PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Design and execute consumer research projects to uncover actionable insights that drive marketing and brand decisions
  • Analyse consumer behaviour trends and market dynamics to provide strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, and Business Strategy teams to embed insights into key initiatives
  • Manage research agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality methodologies and results
  • Innovate with new research tools like self-service platforms to enhance efficiency and impact
  • Ensure consistency in research standards and best practices across global and regional projects

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience in consumer research, insights, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills in a global, matrixed environment
  • Ability to work across different regions and time zones, collaborating with cross-functional teams
