Description

The Consumer Sales Support Lead Analyst is a position responsible for the formulation and implementation of long and short-term strategic plans and objectives to increase market share/penetration and maximize opportunities for growth throughout the marketplace.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in sales support function, program management, and Salesforce programs required
  • Experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management industry preferred
  • Experience in Project Management, Project Management Office, or practices at a regional level in a financial institution preferred
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Gantt charts, and Visio
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication as well as demonstrated presentation skills

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales behavior to ensure customer satisfaction and develop/enhance processes to ensure quality of delivery for products and services
  • Lead discussions, analysis, adaption, and implementation of sales initiatives
  • Monitor platforms to ensure adherence to compliance for security and regulatory requirements as well as improve liability position, risk control, and security
  • Assist sales function with product improvements, sales and advice tools, and development programs
  • Drive success of sales practices
  • Reconfigure branch/sales processes to enable remote engagement with customers
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to achieve full integration of hardware, software, and services
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
