Job Description This role is a cornerstone of Experian's commitment to consumer empowerment. This role should be performed as minijob or working student job with a content of 10-20 hours per week. Main responsibilities, tasks, duties: Engaging directly with consumers as the face of Experian to provide them with important information about their financial health Handle data access requests in compliance with data protection laws to ensure the highest levels of confidentiality and security Support our customer service team with email inquiries, adhering to our strict standards Contribute to our mission of using technology to create a better future - in every interaction with our stakeholders (e.g. use of our ticketing system) Participate in training to stay up to date with bureaucratic processes and continuously improve the consumer experience.
