JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Back-Office Consumption Operations Analyst to maximize profitability, enhance incremental revenue, maintain compliance, and deliver a customer-centric experience for NetApp’s consumption-based products, particularly Keystone. This role involves managing and coordinating back-office processes across various NetApp departments.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A committed, detail-oriented, and process-focused self-starter with a drive for results and accountability.
  • High level of accuracy and diligence with low error rates
  • Extraordinary analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequently changing priorities and the capacity to act independently.
  • 3 to 5 years of combined experience in finance, operations, and industry-related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
  • Exceptional data analysis and visualization skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, multi-sheet models, complex formulas, simple macros, outlier detection, data integration, and data quality automation.
  • A willingness to learn and understand NetApp’s storage technology.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and data storytelling communication skills.
  • Fluent in English

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Superior time management abilities.
  • Experience in people/project management or supervisory roles, including remote coordination.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles such as cost/revenue matching, accruals, and revenue recognition.
  • Experience with as-a-Service (aaS) and subscription commercial models.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer schedules and subscriptions.
  • Create, modify and retire subscriptions in billing tool, perform recurring invoicing
  • Comprehend the contractual, operational, and financial obligations of each consumption agreement/subscription.
  • Collaborate with Deal Navigators, Keystone Success Managers, Order Management, Collections, account teams, and automated bots
  • Submit equipment orders in ERP system
  • Manage the inventory of installed and de-installed products.
  • Educate Sales teams and others on program risks and opportunities.
  • Continuously enhance operational efficiency, quality, and capability through the identification, development, implementation, measurement, documentation, and training of tool and process changes.
  • Partner with the Keystone Product Team to ensure seamless coordination of post-sale activities.
  • Contribute to internal quarterly finance reports.
