In the Role of Manager of Examination Control and Records, the Job Holder is to: · Manage and maintain the Examination Control and Record Data Base to accurately record and up-date each Academic Wing KFAA Cadet's Personal Examinations Training File throughout his training within the Academic Wing. · Create an extensive Training Report Document to the Director of Examination Control for each Cadet Entry Courses' Graduation. · Ensure that Examinations conducted by individual departments within the Academic Wing (ATC, WD and Security and Intelligence) are in accordance with the KFAA Academic Wing's Study and Testing Regulations Rajab (1432 AH). · Manage a team of Examination Control and Records Staff to ensure that the integrity of the Examination Control and Records Data Base is maintained. · Report to the Director of Examination Control any non-compliance of the KFAA Academic Wing's Study and Testing Regulations Rajab (1432 AH). · Within the Technical Studies Department, maintain a Technical Studies Examination and Records Data Base for each cadet studying in the Technical Studies Department. · Liaise with the Manager of Air Traffic Control, Weapons Director and Security/Intelligence unites on conduct and scheduling of examinations within the Technical Studies Squadron. · Report to the Director of Technical Studies and violations or non-compliance of the KFAA Academic Wing's Study and Testing Regulations Rajab (1432 AH). · Liaise with the PATCI and PWDI to ensure that examination results are forwarded without delay and entered into the Technical Studies Examination and Records Data Base. · Ensure compliance with SHE policy and processes and Duty of Care responsibilities. · Carry out duties as directed by the Director of Examination Control. 2. In the role of Security and Intelligence Instructor, the Job Holder is to: Provided classroom instruction to RSAF Officer Cadets in the following aspects of Security and Intelligence: o Operational Intelligence - provides commanders with decision support for current and planned operations. o Counterintelligence - concerned with identifying and counteracting the threat to security posed by hostile entities, or groups including those involved in espionage, sabotage, subversion and terrorism. o Human Intelligence - obtained from human sources, which can include information obtained from specifically tasked individuals, interrogation, or from the general local population. o Imagery Intelligence - sourced by sensors ranging from ground to unmanned aerial vehicles to space based. o Signals Intelligence - gained through interception of communications. (SIGI NT) o Electronic Intelligence - gained through interception of telephone calls and interception of electronic data. (ELINT) o Cyber Intelligence. o Computer Security. (COMPUSEC) o RSAF Records and Document Security. o RSAF Security Classification of Documents. o RSAF Security Classification of Personnel. o RSAF Intelligence Briefings. o Mission Planning. o Terrorist Threats. o Counter Terrorism measures. o Counter Insurgency. o Security and Protection of Airfields and Military Establishments. o Security and Protection of Strategic Installations. · Be actively involved in departmental communication with regard to the development, implementation and amendment of teaching material. · Assist in the preparation and testing of skills training devices, quizzes, examinations and teaching aids. · Assist with the production of Student Study Guides. · Use the TMIS I LMIS system to maintain accurate, up to date, comprehensive, orderly and easily accessible training records for the Air Traffic Control, Weapons Director and Security and Intelligence Cadets. · Contribute to preparation of timetables and scheduling of classrooms. · Contribute to the acquisition, allocation, maintenance and use of training resources including textbooks, workbooks, classrooms, laboratories, training devices, and consumables. · Provide an environment that encourages independent learning and a military ethos. · Provide feedback to the Director of Technical Studies to improve service performance and responsiveness and identify opportunities. · Ensure compliance with SHE policy and processes and Duty of Care responsibilities. · Undertake all mandatory and developmental training as required by the RSAF. · Adhere to acceptable standards of behavior, dress and performance as expected by the RSAF and BAE Policy. · Carry out duties as directed by the Director of Technical Studies. Job Requirements: 1. In the role of Manager of Examination Control and Records, the appointee is to have the minimum following qualifications and experience: · Minimum of five years' experience working with the Academic Wing Examination Control and Records office. · Thorough knowledge of the Military College Regulations and Internal Bylaws as per Royal Decree No. M/50 dated 13/7/1397H. · Thorough knowledge of KFAA Academic Wing's Study and Testing Regulations Rajab (1432 AH). · Computer proficiency to ECOL or equivalent standard. · Fluency in English to IELTS level 7. · Hold a Security Classification of "Secret" or higher. 2. In the role of Security and Intelligence Instructor, the appointee is to have the minimum following qualifications and experience: Minimum of five years' experience working within an Intelligence Agency or instructing within the Security and Intelligence Fields. Knowledge of the Military Intelligence Organizations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A formal teaching qualification or equivalent Industry experience. Computer proficiency to ECOL or equivalent standard. Fluency in English to IELTS level 7. Hold a Security Classification of "Secret" or higher.
