Schedule: Days Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm Location: 2600 Westhall, Maitland, FL, remote The community you’ll be caring for: Join a team that provides exceptional patient-based care. The role you’ll contribute: Communicates in a cordial, professional manner with patients via phone. Transfers incoming callers to appropriate department / location when necessary. New patient registration (inputting demographic information, insurance information, etc.). Assists patient via scheduling to obtain appointment as a first time patient and handles reschedule lists Updates computer referring physician data base. Works with online scheduling system and EHR. The value you’ll bring to the team: Schedule patients with physicians via incoming and outbound calls with a focus on customer service. Provides operational support in delivery of patient care in a call setting environment. Responsible for answering phones in a timely and professional manner, scheduling appointments, obtain and input insurance information. The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Minimum qualifications: High School Graduate or Equivalent Previous customer service experience Proficient with computer programs: Email, PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Preferred qualifications: Medical office or medical call center setting experience Previous call center experience preferred Bilingual Spanish speaker
