As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our members with account inquiries, transactions, problem resolution, and general banking support while providing excellent member service. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, effective at addressing concerns and escalations, able to multitask, and motivated to learn, grow, and support the Contact Center team. Job Type: Full-Time Location: Corporate Office - Fort Wayne, IN Schedule: Monday-Friday, some Saturdays Banking Hours Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from members with questions or requests related to accounts, new accounts, and loan information. Assist in daily balancing, inputting, and verification of system reports. Responsible for internal balancing and inputting cash advances if necessary. Research problems in balancing and obtain timely solutions. Process payments over the phone. Act as administrator for the Credit Union's online mobile banking platform. Stay updated on credit union products and industry regulation requirements. Promote and participate in a sales and service culture that aligns with Fort Financial Credit Union’s goal of exceeding members’ expectations. Skills & Qualifications Required Skills: General experience and knowledge with computers and technological applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Active listening and attention to detail with a customer & service focused mindset. Qualifications: Job Level: Mid-Level Required Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.
