Description O Bee Credit Union is hiring a Contact Center Representative I/II to join our amazing team at our Administrative Building. This is a full-time role that plays a vital part in supporting our mission, our members, and our one-of-a-kind company culture. What You’ll Do: As a Contact Center Representative, you will support our members through basic transactions, troubleshooting and maintenance while delivering excellent member service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance for products and services, promoting the improvement of our members’ lives through financial well-being. The Details: Location: Administrative Building, Lacey, WA Pay Range: $19.35-$33.18, depending on experience Sign On Bonus: $1,500 after 90 days of employment. Provide transactional and general troubleshooting assistance. Assist with online banking concerns, issues, and questions. Educate members on products and services. Help members gain financial confidence and build trusting relationships. Report to work on time and follow the O Bee Credit Union guidelines for attendance. Provide prompt, quality assistance and support service level goals for the department. Stay current with operational changes and all required training. Perform other duties as assigned.
