Description As a Contact Center Representative you will operate in a manageable call volume, lower stress work environment and use phone, email and written communication to help our customers resolve their questions about our products and programs. We offer on the job training and support so you will be set-up for success when interacting with our customers. You must be proficient in both Spanish and English to be considered for the position. Schedule: Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST Location: In-office Bristol, PA Benefits: Full Time benefits eligible including Medical, Dental, Vision, Time Off, Wellness Program, Retirement, and more. Responsibilities: The Contact Center Representative resolves customer concerns, questions, and requests efficiently using their knowledge and understanding of the product or program. Provides customer with product and service information via phone, email, and or letter. Identifies, researches and resolves customer issues using computer systems. Maintains current understanding of expectations through training. Partners with the customer service team to meet goals and exceed expectations. Requirements At least 18 years of age, at least high school level education. Bilingual: Fluent in BOTH Spanish and English. 6 months of customer service representative or contact center experience preferred. Ability to type 35+ words per minute.
