THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Norwich-based Contact Centre team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for driving performance, motivating your team, and ensuring excellence in both sales and customer experience.
You’ll oversee the pre-qualification of customers, the promotion of our brokerage services, and the collection of upfront commitment fees. Success will be measured by strong sales performance, high compliance standards, and the development of a motivated, high-performing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Consultants to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Drive performance through regular monitoring and feedback to ensure exceptional customer conversations and outcomes.
  • Maintain strict compliance and regulatory standards across all sales activity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise conversion rates and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and support team members through training, development, and recognition initiatives.
  • Analyse and report on performance metrics, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
