What You’ll Do as a Contact Center Supervisor: Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage and support the team, providing guidance, coaching, and real-time problem-solving. Operational Oversight: Ensure that all care coordination activities run smoothly, including appointment scheduling, member inquiries, and care navigation. Escalation Management: Address and resolve member and provider escalations promptly, collaborating with internal teams when necessary. Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in care logistics to enhance the member experience. Communication & Reporting: Provide operational updates, report key metrics, and document any critical issues for weekday leadership teams. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all team activities align with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and member service standards. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in healthcare, customer service, or care coordination. Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Availability: Must be able to work weekends and respond to urgent matters as needed What You’ll Earn: Pay starts at $55,000 salary FREE Healthcare Benefit for You and Your Family – No payroll deduction.
