KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails related to payments and account queries.
  • Offer practical, non-judgmental solutions for customers with missed payments.
  • Clearly explain payment options and responsibilities.
  • Identify vulnerable customers and escalate appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Be a positive team player and contribute to a great customer experience.
