Our clinic in Five Dock is currently seeking Contact Centre Agents to join the team.  These full time permanent roles offer a structured work week Monday - Friday, with eight-hour shifts between 8am-5:30pm. Role Overview: As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include * Answering phone calls for bookings across the Inner West region promptly and handling inquiries professionally. * Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions. * Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets. * Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers. * Future potential to incorporate hybrid work from home options.   What we’re looking for: ✅ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. ✅ A knack for organisation and managing appointments with ease. ✅ Comfort with using multiple systems and technology. ✅ Ability to relate to and communicate with a wide range of patients, drawing on your life experience to provide empathetic and understanding support.
