Join Our National Contact Centre Team at I-MED Radiology!
Role: Contact Centre Agent – Part Time
Location: Newstead, QLD
Rate: $29.85/hour + Super

Hours: Part Time set days each week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. 22.5 hours per week. (Full time for first 6 weeks of Training and nesting)

• Please note that Full Time Hours are also available and advertised separately

Operating Hours: 8am–7pm AEST / 8am–8pm AEDT
Start Date: Monday, 18th August
Vervoe Assessment – Along with assessing your experience, our recruitment process includes an online skills assessment from Vervoe. The Vervoe assessment gives you the opportunity to complete a sample of job related tasks, offering you a glimpse into what it’s like to work in this role while allowing us to see your skills in action beyond your resume.
Save the Date! After Vervo assessment, successful applicants will be invited to our in-person Assessment Centre on Wednesday, 30th July 2025 at our Newstead office!
This role is based in our Newstead Contact Centre Office. Hybrid/work-from-home options are available based on performance after 3 months’ tenure.
