ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Outbound Contact Centre Agent to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will specialise in contacting customers to arrange vehicle servicing, MOT appointments, and repair bookings. Your focus will be on delivering an outstanding customer experience while maximising appointment conversions and workshop utilisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make proactive outbound calls to existing and potential customers to schedule service, MOT, and repair bookings.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our automotive services, offers, and workshop capacity.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services or packages.
• Accurately record and update all customer information and booking details in our CRM system.
• Work closely with service departments to coordinate booking schedules and ensure high workshop efficiency.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly outbound call and booking targets.
• Follow all compliance, data protection, and customer service standards.
