Contact Centre Representative – Online Retailer 📍 South Melbourne (On-Site) 💼 3-Month Fixed Term Contract – strong potential to extend 💰 $56,600 pro rata + penalty rates for Public Holidays (equivalent $34 per hour + Super) 🕘 Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM 🚀 Start Date: 24 Nov or ASAP Our client, a fast-growing and well-known online retailer, is gearing up for their biggest sales period of the year - and they’re looking for confident, customer-focused legends to join their inbound support team! This is the perfect opportunity for someone with previous call centre experience, who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves problem-solving, and enjoys creating brilliant customer experiences.
