CONTACT CENTRE SHIFT LEADER | £15.83 per hour

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and make sensible decisions
  • Must have the ability to deal with escalated issues in a calm and professional manner
  • Previous experience of working within a Contact Centre environment

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous supervisory experience gained within a Contact Centre environment
  • Experience of meeting and exceeding targets in a customer services/sales environment
Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy Contact Centre team as Shift Leader.
As a Shift Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our Contact Centre operation – motivating, coaching and developing a team of Contact Centre Agents to deliver outstanding service to our guests. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, ensuring KPIs are met and creating a positive working environment.

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting a team of Contact Centre Agents during your shift
  • Monitoring call and chat handling levels to ensure service standards are met
  • Providing real-time coaching, feedback, and support to team members
  • Ensuring adherence to schedules and operational procedures
  • Supporting with onboarding and training of new recruits
  • Leading by example in a fast-changing environment

The successful candidate will be required to complete training to become both a Fire Steward and a First Aider.
