We’re looking for experienced Contact Centre Team Leaders to join our BT & EE campaigns and play a key role in shaping our brand-new operation.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Inbound Sales & Service Advisors
• Drive sales performance and customer experience across the BT & EE campaigns
• Provide hands-on support, guidance, and feedback to your team
• Analyse performance data and deliver action plans to hit targets
• Support recruitment, training, and the building of a high-performing culture in our new site

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Team Leader in a contact centre environment
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
• Ability to deliver results against sales and service KPIs
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
