ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:

ICC Sydney are looking for a professional, detail-oriented individual to join our Building Services and Sustainability Team as a Contact Centre Team Member on a flexible, Part Time basis.
Being the central point of contact for operational and facilities maintenance support, the Contact Centre interacts with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to ICC Sydney. The team is responsible for the triage and delegation of work requests to ensure ICC Sydney delivers success for our clients and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will have strong attention to detail, the ability to interact with various stakeholders, be able to make decisions on service delivery and have in-depth understating of how ICC Sydney operates.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Answering and actioning inquiries from staff, contractors and stakeholders via use of phone, email, radio and the service portal.
  • Data entry and monitoring of work requests for reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
  • Willingness to work in a team or autonomously with minimal direction. Able to accept direction with a can-do attitude without compromising safety.
  • Well organised with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to think strategically, with an analytical and creative approach to problem solving and creative solutions.
  • Mature and professional outlook in handling challenging situations with a solutions mindset.
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster over 7 days.
    Additionally, you will have a positive attitude to align with the Contact Centre team culture, a willingness to learn and a demonstrated commitment to your career. You will have a passion for getting results, be resilient with strong customer service and communication skills and be able to establish good working relationships.
