WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT HAVE?

  • Good quality experience in training delivery within a contact centre environment (or similar) is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with specific experience in sales training delivery.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to deliver classroom based training to a high standard.
  • The ability to understand complex product and system features and present them in a manner which others understand.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft packages.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to meet business needs.
  • A professional training qualification is preferred (e.g. CITP) but is not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Providing customer focused and systems training to new recruits, ensuring they receive the best onboarding experience.
  • Delivering high quality product, process and soft skills training across our sales and customer service teams
  • Providing effective coaching to support the classroom based training curriculum.
  • Carrying out regular assessments of learning during and post course.
  • Update and flex course content to meet business and customer needs.
  • Provide managers with timely training KPI information.
  • Being an ambassador for our brand and role modelling our Company CARE values
