In this role, you’ll connect with prospective students and applicants, guiding them from the moment they start their application through to enrolment. You’ll be the first point of contact to answer questions, provide encouragement, and make the process as smooth as possible. Beyond helping students, you’ll also support other teams across the University by making outbound calls and assisting with key projects. As part of the wider Student Administration Team, you’ll work closely with the Student Centre and step in during busy periods to ensure we deliver excellent service across the board. This is a dynamic and people-focused role where every conversation can make a real difference to a student’s decision to study with us. The salary for this role is in the range of $58,439 – $70,692 per year (pro-rata), depending on the skills, knowledge, and experience you bring to the position. This is a part-time, fixed-term role (15 hours per week), covering for a permanent staff member while they are on student exchange.
