The Role Books are at the core of everything we do here at Perlego. We’re looking for an entry level Account Executive to join the Content team, who partner with thousands of brilliant academic and non-fiction publishers around the world. The team builds and nurtures these relationships, from bringing new publishers on board to helping existing partners grow with us. We work closely with Ops, Finance, Product, B2B, Marketing and more to make sure the right books are available for our users, and working as they should be. In this role, you will… Support the Content Account Managers across all areas of working with Perlego’s partner publishers, including preparing materials for key account calls, monitoring and reporting account health, and ad-hoc administrative tasks Manage relationships and handle queries from small presses, with potential for eventual development into handling more strategic publisher partners Distill large volumes of data into useable insights in the form of university reading lists, publisher catalogue audits and more Work with Operational and Product teams to identify and implement areas for process improvements Work with Marketing to manage and administrate book engagement initiatives to boost publisher revenue Potential for sales development work with the Content Acquisition team, working on campaigns to book meetings with target publishers This is the perfect role for you if you… Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Are confident speaking with a range of internal and external stakeholders on calls and in person Can demonstrate strong excel and data analysis skills Are highly organised with great attention to detail Have a proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and improve Are interested in Publishing, EdTech or content subscription Are keen to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
