We’re looking for a Content Account Manager who can combine strong client-facing skills with a sharp eye for messaging. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for our enterprise customers - leading creative kick-offs, capturing their goals, and turning them into compelling campaigns with the support of AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

As our Content Account Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead customer onboarding and discovery sessions to capture goals, tone of voice, and messaging priorities.
  • Craft strong campaigns and create high-quality copy through structured and advanced briefing of our AI models.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your clients, building trusted relationships.
  • Report on campaign performance and translate metrics into insights and recommendations.
  • Proactively advise clients - suggesting improvements, introducing new product capabilities, and challenging ideas when needed.
  • Influence client campaign strategy while aligning with Channext’s platform capabilities.
  • Contribute to internal playbooks and AI-driven workflows to continuously improve our content and briefing process.
