• Experience: 7 or more years in knowledge management, business or client enablement, or a related field within a global or professional services context
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Library Sciences, Learning, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of the professional services sales and delivery lifecycle and key supporting processes and systems in play in the region of work (EMEA)
• Experience acting as a change agent, influencing stakeholders, teams and individuals positively
• Tenaciously curious and analytical; ability to leverage data to recommend impactful approaches and solutions
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality with ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Experience with repository management, intranets/portals, or collaborative tools a plus
• Experience organizing and providing work direction to team members a plus
