Newbie & Me have an exciting opportunity for a creative and talented Content and Ad Creator Specialist to join our team!
This role requires a passion in delivering high quality content creation whiles able to create strategic ad campaigns to increase our brand awareness across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality and fun content that is aligned with our brand voice. Capture and edit photos and videos.
• Use SEO to improve visibility and target keywords.
• Working closely with our marketing and website team.
• Engaging with an audience across multi channels.
• Monitor performance on Google Analytics and on other metric recording platforms
• Trend analysis—nursery industry trends, competitor`s strategy, and audience engagement.

Skills:

• Experience of producing and editing photos and videos.
• Ability to create exciting, fun content that engages our audience.
• Experience in using analytical tools.
• Experience with Google Ads
• Excellent organizational and communication skills working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in creating implementing and monitoring ads.
• Experience in lead generation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with influencers.
