Our client based in the Shropshire area is looking for a Content and Campaign Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with various internal departments such as communications, customer managers and the sales to transform business objectives into engaging and innovative marketing campaigns and content to drive brand visibility and growth. This is a role with great potential and over time you will be building your own team.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience of working in a fast-moving B2B marketing environment, ideally within a business with a turnover of £15M plus and covering different verticles
  • Proven ability to create, manage, and optimise campaigns that generate leads and sales.
  • A proactive, positive and energetic attitude.
  • Experience using AI, automation, and data-driven strategies to enhance performance.
  • ·Ability to successfully manage stakeholders and agency partnerships.
    Hours of work 8.30 to 5 Mon to Thurs, with an early finish on a Friday. Full time office based during initial month the 4/1 and moving to 3/2 within 6 months.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £40,000.00-£47,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Own the campaign process from concept to execution, you’ll ensure every campaign is delivered with impact, on time, and aligned with sales goals.
  • Create content that sells and develop messaging that cuts through the noise, engages customers, and drives action.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to bring ideas to life.
  • Leverage the latest tools and technology to optimise campaigns and increase engagement.
  • Shape a high-energy marketing culture and lay the foundation for future team expansion.
