BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS community marketing and growth
  • Proven track record in creating cornerstone content assets, growing a community, and and partnering with other people and brands to create content and engage the right buyers
  • Experience working with advanced content and community marketing tools and automation to execute and manage campaigns efficiently.
  • Experience in human resource industry, learning management systems (LMS), e-learning/online learning platforms, or workplace training industries is a plus.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills, with expertise in HubSpot LinkedIn, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to translate complex product use cases and thought leadership topics into clear, compelling content that resonates and inspires your target audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Excellent ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance efficiency, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of learning technology trends, notably related to AI.
  • Familiarity with learning experiences that may fulfill compliance training requirements, such as harassment prevention training, cybersecurity awareness, HIPA compliance, or OSHA.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Content and Community Marketer to lead the marketing strategy for our workplace training content and learning management system (LMS) platform.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content and community strategies that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, pipeline generation, and customer engagement. You will be a storyteller, a community builder, and a strategic thinker, passionate about creating valuable content and fostering a thriving community around EasyLlama and our two solutions.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution to ensure our ecosystem of products, content, and service solutions reach the right audiences, with the right positioning and messaging.
With deep expertise in SaaS marketing, demand generation, and data-driven storytelling, you will craft and execute powerful go-to-market (GTM) strategies that expand reach and awareness, adoption, and inspire long-term customer loyalty.
