We’re on the hunt for a Content & Production Assistant who lives and breathes production from camera work to audio checks, multi-cam setups to YouTube uploads.
We’re a fast-growing digital marketing and production group building talk shows, podcasts, and video content for brands, influencers, and entrepreneurs. With a growing team and a tight budget, we’re looking for someone who can be hands-on and resourceful, yet creative and visionary.

• Setting up and operating a 3 to 4-camera production environment for talk shows and podcasts
• Ensuring high-quality audio and mic checks, and managing sound throughout the shoot
• Supporting YouTube and podcast production from start to finish
• Assisting with pre-production planning, liaising with our Marketing Manager on guest schedules, shoot logistics, and show flow
• Managing basic lighting and production setup
• Uploading and optimizing videos for YouTube
• Helping shape the creative and production direction of new talk shows and visual content
• (Bonus): Video editing and colour grading

You Should Have:

• In-depth knowledge of camera operations, multi-cam setups, and on-set production
• Experience producing podcasts, talk shows, or YouTube content
• Strong understanding of YouTube best practices
• A good eye (and ear!) for audio quality and visual storytelling
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment with tight deadlines and budgets
• A passion for helping build something from the ground up

Nice-to-Haves:

• Video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Colour grading experience
• Motion graphics or light animation skills
