This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content and Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s digital storytelling and online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful content strategies while managing and growing our social media channels. If you have a passion for crafting compelling narratives, understanding audience behavior, and driving engagement through innovative campaigns, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals, brand voice, and target audience. Plan, create, and manage high-quality content across formats including blogs, articles, social posts, videos, and email campaigns. Build and maintain a content calendar ensuring consistency and timely delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product) to create cohesive messaging. Optimize content for SEO and performance, ensuring maximum reach and visibility. Social Media Management Own and manage all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and emerging channels. Create and execute platform-specific strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness. Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and building a strong online community. Plan and execute social media campaigns, launches, and promotions. Analytics & Performance Tracking Track, analyze, and report on content and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other platforms. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and optimize ROI. Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify opportunities for growth. Brand & Voice Management Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all content and channels. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines based on market trends and audience feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–6 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement. Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.). Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
