OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a talented Content Assistant Manager/Manager (Educational & Research) to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating impactful and engaging content in collaboration with our research desk analysts. This role involves crafting technical, product-related materials, as well as developing educational and seminar presentation content to enhance client knowledge and engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree in Finance/Marketing/Communications or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in content writing, preferably in the finance or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets or products.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to present complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Proficiency in creating presentation materials and familiarity with tools like PowerPoint or similar.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience working with research teams or analysts is a strong advantage.

  • Write detailed product descriptions, related content, and user guides for services and tools.
  • Develop FAQs and other support content to help clients effectively use the platforms and products.

  • Design and execute a content strategy that supports client education, engagement, and retention.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to ensure timely and relevant content creation.
  1. Editing and Quality Assurance:
  • Proofread, edit, and maintain high-quality standards for all content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with product teams, marketing teams, and analysts to align content with business goals and client needs.
