QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in copywriting, content, social media, or email marketing (CPG, lifestyle, or mission-driven brands a plus).
• Exceptional writing skills — you can write with wit, warmth, and clarity.
• Ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
• Collaborative and comfortable taking feedback.
• AI-curious: open to using AI tools in the creative process.
• Portfolio or writing samples that show strong copy chops.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Content & Brand Associate who loves to write and wants to help shape the voice of a mission-driven brand. You’ll be the pen (and sometimes the brain) behind the words that connect Dame to our community — from emails to ads to social captions.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who’s eager to grow: you’ll spend most of your time writing, while learning how storytelling, marketing, and strategy come together to build a brand.
We’re especially excited about candidates who are curious about AI and willing to experiment with it as a creative partner — for brainstorming, drafting, and finding new ways to move faster and sharper.
