POSITION SUMMARY:

The Content & Brand Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring all external communications, including website, social media, email, and advertising content, are consistent, on-brand, and delivered effectively. This role requires a strong visual storyteller with a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to produce compelling, high-quality marketing materials.

Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Development: Develop and oversee the overall content strategy for social media, email marketing, and advertising campaigns, aligning with brand objectives and marketing calendars.
  • Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure all communications adhere to the Just Bite Me Meals brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, maintaining consistency and professionalism across all platforms.
  • Content Production & Oversight: Manage the content creation workflow, collaborating with the Community Engagement & Partnerships Specialist and internal and external content producers (videographers, photographers) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Editorial Calendar Management: Develop and manage comprehensive editorial calendars for all content channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging flow of information.
  • Copywriting & Editing: Author, edit, and proofread all key marketing copy, including social media captions, emails, website and app content, and ad creatives, ensuring clarity, impact, and accuracy.
  • Graphic Design & Visual Brand Identity: Design and execution of digital and print content, including website graphics, social media visuals, advertising creatives, and in-store marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and aesthetic consistency.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor content performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Community Engagement & Partnerships Specialist to integrate real-world community insights and user-generated content into broader marketing campaigns.
