ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Head of Digital, as the Content & Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing content for monthly marketing campaigns delivered through CRM (email, SMS, direct mail) and digital channels (web and social media). With a strong focus on campaign execution and commercial impact, you will ensure content is clear, engaging, and tailored to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies, you’ll adapt global assets to local needs, maintain brand consistency, and support strategic partnerships that extend our reach. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on creating customer-first content that delivers measurable results.
