About Job We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content & Community Lead to join our team at Kula. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and growth. This is a remote role with the option of hybrid or onsite in Chennai. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to create and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth. You will also be responsible for building and managing our Hiring Mavens recruiting community, creating engaging content, and developing and executing brand strategies that increase awareness and generate pipeline, including but not limited to partner marketing, online events, our SEO strategy, case studies, etc. You will inherit a team of contractors that are already ramped, so previous team management skills are required. Skills & Qualification 5-10 years of experience in B2B content marketing, community-building, and team management, with a focus on building and managing online communities, creating engaging content, and developing marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and growth. Strong mastery of brand and content marketing principles, including partner marketing, SEO, content for different parts of the funnel, and community. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver engaging content, including ebooks, articles, webinars, and presentations. Proven track record of success in community-building, including the ability to develop and execute community-building strategies that drive engagement and growth. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, with a strong focus on cross-team collaboration and communication. Experience in content marketing, including the development and execution of content marketing campaigns and strategies. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for growth. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility. Solid understanding of marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email, and content marketing. Experience in team management, including the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of project management principles, including project planning, execution, and monitoring. Experience in brand marketing, including the ability to develop and execute brand marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and growth.
