Embark on a journey within our Sustainability, Reputation & Engagement SBU – responsible for shaping the sustainability strategy of MCB Group and protecting its reputation. Be part of the Corporate Communication team, whose raison d’être is to articulate the Group’s narrative, develop compelling content and connect its various stakeholders to the organisation’s purpose, vision, values and shared ways of working. As a Content Coordinator, you will coordinate the planning and production of content to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple platforms. Develop and maintain a dynamic content calendar, and create engaging content (articles, videos, podcasts, among others) that position MCB as a thought leader. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content is timely, accurate, compelling, and aligned with strategic priorities. Monitor performance through analytics and continuously optimise content to maximise impact and audience engagement. We are on the lookout for: Job vacancy: Content Coordinator In this role you will, Develop and maintain a content planner for the various communication deliverables and prioritise content schedule based on impact, deadlines and strategic relevance; Coordinate stakeholder engagement by scheduling actions and meetings to ensure timely content creation and dissemination; Translate communication plans and briefs into actionable outputs and provide recommendations for content, format, channels and timing; Collate and summarise information to draft content for posts/ captions, newsletters, websites (namely TH!NK and Insights); Develop storyboards for videos and podcasts to ensure compelling narratives; Gather and analyse data to track communication impact and optimise content performance, and support continuous improvement; Ensure accuracy and consistency of tone, messaging and standards across all content; Build relationships with internal and external contributors to coordinate production and enhance content quality; Propose creative ideas for storytelling and multimedia formats to support a culture of innovation To succeed, you will be required to demonstrate the following competencies: Plans and prioritises work to meet commitments aligned with organisational goals; Creates new and better ways for the organisation to be successful; Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives; Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm; Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. We are looking for candidates who have a: EITHER A bachelor’s degree in Communication, Management, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; A minimum of 2 years' experience in the field of marketing and communications. OR A minimum of 4 years' experience in the field of marketing and communications. A combination of both qualification & experience will be considered.
