Job Description
We’re looking for a Content Coordinator Intern to join our Marketing team based in Dubai, UAE. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and operations within a globally recognized retail brand. You will be reporting directly to the Content Manager and work closely with our Retail Marketeers, Category Managers, and Digital Agency to support content creation (Digital & Written), campaign planning, and execution across various platforms including websites, social media, and marketplaces.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Strong command of English writing and grammar – you have a commercial tone and a creative flair.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
  • Familiar with CMS platforms, social media tools, and content management workflows.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Interest in electronics, retail, or travel-related industries is preferred.
  • Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere/After Effects) is a bonus.
    Additional Information
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of content calendars across platforms.
  • Write commercial product descriptions, price tags, campaign copy, and social media posts.
  • Help maintain the content database and manage CMS entries to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor and update owned websites and marketplace content (e.g., Amazon, Noon).
  • Participate in social media content development, especially for Instagram and LinkedIn.(with basic designing skills)
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams on creative storytelling and product presentation.
  • Provide input on content performance through basic data analysis.
  • Stay updated on trends in content marketing, SEO, and new digital tools (including AI such as ChatGPT).
  • Video Editing is a plus (not a must)
