Full-time | Alexandria The Local Project is an independent digital publisher celebrating exceptional design, architecture and interiors across Australia, New Zealand and beyond. Through our online platforms, print publications, video storytelling and social media, we connect a global audience with the best in design. We’re looking for a Content Coordinator who is highly organised and passionate about creating and curating engaging content. The Role As our Content Coordinator, you’ll support across our social channels, newsletters and website. You will help ensure every story we share is beautifully presented, on brand and delivered on time. You will: Build and send daily editorial newsletters. Carry out segmentation, hygiene and performance tracking. Coordinate and upload content across our website verticals – articles, videos, product listings and client campaigns. Schedule and track banner placements across website and newsletters. Work with the wider team to ensure all assets are received and approved for publishing. Assist with creating and publishing content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. Assist with community management. Maintain content calendars and track campaign deliverables. Ensure all digital outputs are aligned with brand tone and visual identity. Assist with basic analytics and performance reporting. Bring new ideas to how we can engage and grow our digital community. About You You’re a detail-oriented communicator who loves great design and understands digital storytelling. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities and enjoy collaborating with a creative team. You’ll bring: 1–2 years’ experience in a digital content, marketing or publishing role. Very strong writing, proofreading and organisational skills. Experience using social scheduling tools (Sked, Meta Business Suite or similar). Familiarity with newsletter platforms (Campaign Monitor or similar) and CMS tools (WordPress). An eye for architecture, design, photography and brand tone of voice. A proactive, collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn.
