JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an innovative Radio Creative and Integrations Manager to lead the development of engaging content and integrations that drive brand messaging and listener engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in creative production, campaign creation, integration, and an understanding of radio programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and produce compelling, creative content for radio programs, commercials, and brand integrations
  • Develop and execute strategic campaigns that integrate seamlessly with radio programming and audience preferences
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and programming teams to ensure creative alignment with client objectives
  • Coordinate with on-air talent and production teams to implement integrated campaigns, promotions, and sponsorships
  • Manage end-to-end execution of branded content, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Stay updated on radio trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to maintain competitive edge
  • Work closely with PR Agencies, clients and stakeholders to pitch and present creative concepts, ideas, and integration opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Proven experience in radio production, advertising, or media management
  • Strong creative vision with a solid understanding of storytelling, branding, and audience engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Arabic is a must
  • Driving license is a must
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to work
