POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to support the development of engaging digital content across a variety of platforms—social media, banners, video, and other marketing channels. You will ensure brand consistency across all media formats while also developing a visual library of reusable templates tailored to each brand.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing, social media, and paid media teams to bring campaigns to life through compelling visuals and copy.
You’ll play a key part in executing content that resonates with both healthcare professionals and patients in a compliant and on-brand way.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the creation of digital content across formats: static and animated banners, social media assets and short videos.
  • Collaborate with social media and paid media teams to tailor creative assets to platform-specific needs (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, display)
  • Assist in building and maintaining content calendars for social and campaign channels
  • Edit and adapt existing visuals and messaging to fit different audiences (e.g., Patients vs. HCPs) and platforms
  • Create short-form videos, including editing, motion graphics, and sound design
  • Develop storyboards to help stakeholders visualize concepts ahead of production.
  • Use tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to create and update visuals
  • Help manage creative asset approvals using systems like Veeva or other review platforms
  • Stay up to date with digital content trends and help explore new formats and tools (e.g., AI-driven content creation like Midjourney, ChatGPT)
  • Contribute ideas for how AI tools can be integrated into workflows to scale content production and accelerate delivery timelines
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Synthesia) to:
  • Generate first drafts of creative copy (e.g., ad headlines, post captions)
  • Create quick visual mock-ups for early-stage concepts
  • Assist with video editing or avatar-based video generation
  • Accelerate iteration of creative ideas and variations
  • Maintain an organized library of approved assets and templates for reuse across teams.
