JOB TITLE: DIGITAL MARKETING & CONTENT CREATOR FOR FOOD HALL

Location: Dubai, UAE
Contract Type: Full-time (2-year contract as per local Dubai labor contract)
Working Hours: 5 days per week 10 hours per day.
About Us: We are a vibrant and growing food hall located in Dubai, offering a unique selection of food experiences to our customers. Our goal is to provide an exceptional dining experience, while also building a strong and engaging presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn. To help us reach and engage our target audience, we are looking for a talented and experienced female content creator who can take charge of our digital marketing efforts and content creation.
Job Overview: As our Digital Marketing & Content Creator, you will be responsible for managing and creating content for all of our digital platforms, developing content calendars, shooting content, posting regularly, and boosting posts to increase visibility and customer engagement. You will play a key role in developing our brand’s online presence and engaging with the community in a creative, respectful, and impactful manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation, preferably in the food, lifestyle, or hospitality sector.
  • Proven experience with Instagram, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn platforms, including content creation, posting, and advertising.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media optimization.
  • Ability to create high-quality, engaging content (photo/video) with basic editing skills.
  • Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights).
  • A creative mindset and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • A professional approach to customer engagement, understanding the dynamics of a conservative environment.
  • Preference will be given to female candidates due to the nature of the role and the environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Previous experience in a food, restaurant, or hospitality setting is a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a bonus but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop a variety of content including photos, videos, reels, and written posts that showcase the food hall, events, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Content Calendar: Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular posting across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Social Media Management: Handle day-to-day posting, community engagement (responding to comments and messages), and tracking post performance.
  • Paid Advertising: Create and manage paid campaigns on Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn to boost posts and increase brand awareness.
  • SEO & Hashtag Strategy: Optimize content for search engines and social platforms using SEO techniques and trending hashtags to drive traffic.
  • Brand Representation: Ensure the content aligns with the brand’s image and voice, reflecting the values and atmosphere of the food hall.
  • Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers through engaging content and positive interactions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and ROI.
