Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Content Creation: Develop and execute captivating content that aligns with brand identities across social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Content Planning: Plan and maintain content calendars at least one month in advance, ensuring consistent and strategic content delivery.
  • Social Media Management: Run and manage social media accounts across all major platforms, ensuring content is engaging, optimised, and performing well.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, acting on them quickly to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Director and Head of Creative to ensure all content is on-brand and aligns with each client’s strategy.
  • Campaign Reporting: Conduct regular performance analysis of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Brainstorming & Strategy: Contribute fresh content ideas and creative concepts to enhance brand presence.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

The primary duties we cover on our Content Creator apprenticeship are:

  • Plan and develop creative content aligned with the brief and budget/costs.
  • Interpret the strategy and objectives of the brand and align these to the content.
  • Research, prepare and develop the media messaging to maximise audience engagement.
  • Develop and create written content for various media.
  • Create visual and audio content for multiple media.
  • Store content securely and methodically to enable efficient access and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to plan and align content delivery with business objectives.
  • Manage content online using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the content produced against the original plan and recommend improvements
